London Bay Homes sells two models and three luxury model homes now available for viewing at The Founders Club

London Bay Homes sells the Isabella Two-Story and Belita model homes and now offers three luxury single-family model homes available for viewing at The Founders Club.

The four-bedroom, five-bath Isabella Two-Story, which sold for $2.3 million, offers an open design, formal dining room, study, second-floor bonus room and expansive outdoor areas. The second-floor covered balcony features sunset views of live oak trees, a lake and the signature double fairway of the community’s Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed championship golf course.

The spacious 3,091-square-foot Belita luxury model home, which sold for $1.3 million, features three bedrooms, three baths, dining room, family room and kitchen with a home office, walk-in pantry and casual dining area. It has an entry porch and courtyard, three-car garage and large outdoor living and dining area. The home is located within walking distance to the golf and social club.

Three award-winning model homes featuring interiors by Romanza Interior Design – Girona, Delfina and Isabella Grande – are currently open for viewing at The Founders Club.

The models uniquely emphasize the open floor plan concept and showcase expansive alfresco living areas, each including outdoor kitchen, and lavish pool and spa, blurring boundaries between indoor and outdoor gathering areas.

The three-bedroom Girona is one of London Bay Homes’ most popular floor plans. Six of the builder’s previous Girona models at Mediterra in Naples sold before or shortly after completion. The model was recognized during the Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association’s Parade of Homes for Best Architectural Detail, Best Floor Plan, Best Kitchen, Best Master Suite and Best Overall award in its price range.

A Reserve Collection home design, the Girona offers 3,526 square feet of living space with a formal dining room, study, three-and-a-half baths, home office, great room and breakfast nook.

The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath Delfina, a 4,329-square foot estate model, offers unique architectural and design accents that add warmth throughout the home, including tumbled walnut travertine flooring set in an ashlar pattern in the main living areas; grayed wood floors in the study, cabana guest room and game room; and ceilings accented with crown molding and painted beams.

Recognized for best curb appeal during the Parade of Homes, the Delfina emphasizes clean-lined furniture with wood, stone, metal and glass finishes. The interior’s blue and sunny citrus tones punctuate white-on-white backgrounds.

Within 3,322 square feet of living space, the Isabella Grande offers three bedrooms, three baths, a study, formal dining room, great room, and kitchen with a cafe area. The model also received recognition for Best Master Suite and Best Floor Plan during the Parade of Homes.

Interior design elements include rustic French-patterned marble flooring in the main living areas, grasscloth wall and ceiling accents, and driftwood finishes in the study, guest bathroom vanities, kitchen island and ceiling, and butler’s bar.

The Isabella Grande offers 4,764 total square feet, including the front porch, patio, outdoor living area and three-car garage.

London Bay Homes, a leader in the Southwest Florida luxury home market for 26 years, offers a selection of detached villa homes, Reserve Collection homes and one-of-a-kind estates ranging from 2,500 to more than 6,000 square feet of living space at The Founders Club. Home and homesite packages are priced from the $900,000s to more than $5 million.

The Founders Club features intimate neighborhoods with homes nestled along lakes, fairways and nature preserves. The community’s amenities are designed to foster camaraderie among residents and a connection with nature. Miles of winding boardwalks and paved walkways meander throughout the community, which is punctuated by palm trees, pines and moss-covered oaks.

The Founders Club is in close proximity to Sarasota’s famed Gulf of Mexico beaches, the University Town Center mall, and the acclaimed local restaurants, boutiques, and arts and cultural venues of downtown Sarasota.

Visitors can stop by The Founders Club Sales Center Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is located at 3001 Founders Club Drive, three miles east of I-75 on Fruitville Road, Exit 210.
