Jo Ann joined The Founders Club in May 2005, bringing 11 years of experience in real estate marketing and management. She began her real estate career in Durango, Colorado. Upon moving to Sarasota in 1998, she became marketing director for Epoch Management, based in Winter Park. Her responsibilities covered Florida’s west coast from Tampa to Naples, including the local communities of Palm-Aire and Palmer Ranch. Prior to joining The Founders Club as a Community Representative, she was with Michael Saunders & Company on Longboat Key.

Jo Ann also covers a lot of real estate when she’s not at work. She enjoys spending time with her energetic nephews Stone & Slade in California, relaxing on her father’s ranch in South Carolina and visiting her mother in South Dakota as often as snowstorms permit.
