 Cher Pujol Community Representative
SARASOTA , FL—Cher Gillette Pujol has joined The Founders Club as a Community Representative, reports Sharon Ross, director of sales. "Cher brings us more than 25 years of solid experience,” Ross says. “Her background encompasses high-level positions in virtually every phase of real estate, along with extensive experience in such related activities as conducting market research and performing project feasibility studies." She has worked as a mortgage banker/branch manager, builder representative, developer representative, sales consultant, new homes specialist and staff trainer. She was also co-owner of a California-based home building company.
Pujol had been branch manager of a mortgage banking firm in Vallejo, CA, until 1984, when she joined Miller-Sorg, a home building company, as vice president of sales and marketing. The licensed real estate broker became executive vice president and co-owner in 1988 and remained with Miller-Sorg in California until 1995, when she relocated to Florida.
In the Sarasota area, Pujol served as builder representative for Lee Wetherington Homes and developer representative for Taylor Woodrow Communities in The Oaks, where she received the NAHB Platinum award for closing over $20 million in sales in 2000. As new homes specialist for New Homes America, she was designated a Super Star for three consecutive years--2003, 2004 and 2005--for achieving a sales volume each year between $ 5 and $10 million. She was also Top Producer, selling the most units in 2003 and setting a new record in 2005 for the highest-dollar sale ever recorded for the company. Most recently, she was sales consultant for Standard Pacific Homes of Southwest Florida, achieving customer satisfaction ratings of 100 percent in buyer surveys.
