1. Taylor Woodrow Ranked Among Top Home Building “Giants”
For the second year in a row, Taylor Woodrow earned a top spot in Professional Builder Magazine’s “Housing Giants” listing. The annual publication, which ranks the top 400 National homebuilders, is based on both total housing revenue and closings. With 3,635 closings and over $1.5 billion in revenue, Taylor Woodrow ranked number 18 on the 2005 Giants list.
Equally impressive was the ranking on the builder 200 list. Taylor Woodrow was listed as the 25th largest builder of 2004. This annual listing from Builder Magazine is based solely on annual closings.
